Access to Namixs data intelligence services requires:

• Adherence to any usage limits or restrictions

3.4 Liziu.com

Educational content on Liziu.com is provided for learning purposes. Users may not:

• Reproduce or redistribute course materials without permission
• Share account access with others
• Use content for commercial training without license

4. Intellectual Property Rights

All content, features, and functionality of our services, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, data compilations, and software, are the exclusive property of Umeey or its licensors and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use our services for their intended purpose. This license does not include rights to:

• Modify, copy, or create derivative works
• Reverse engineer or decompile the software
• Remove any proprietary notices
• Transfer rights to any third party

5. Payment Terms

For paid services:

• All fees are due in advance unless otherwise specified

• ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES
• LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, OR GOODWILL
• BUSINESS INTERRUPTION
• ANY DAMAGES RESULTING FROM YOUR USE OR INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICES

IN NO EVENT SHALL OUR TOTAL LIABILITY EXCEED THE AMOUNT PAID BY YOU TO US IN THE TWELVE MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Umeey and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, licensors, and suppliers from and against all claims, losses, expenses, damages, and costs, including reasonable attorneys' fees, resulting from:

• Your violation of these Terms
• Your use of our services
• Your violation of any third-party rights
• Any content you submit or share through our services

10. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to our services immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including:

• Breach of these Terms
• Request by law enforcement or government agency
• Discontinuation of service
• Technical or security issues
• Non-payment of fees

Upon termination, your right to use our services will immediately cease. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination shall survive.
